How to grant a collaborator access to the platform?
You can invite additional users to access the platform with their own email. To do this:
- Log in to the platform. You must log in from the primary user's session.
- Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select Team.
- In the Collaborators section, you can view any invited users (if any).
- Click on Invite Collaborator.
- Enter the collaborator’s email and role, then click Invite Collaborator.
- The invited person will receive an email to complete their registration. That’s it!
- You will be able to see invited and registered users in this section.
- Once the user registers, they will appear as active.
