How do I download my Mundi Cuenta account statement?

Downloading your account statement is very simple. Just follow these steps within your platform:

  1. Go to the Account and Currencies section and select My balances.
  2. Click on your USD or MXN balance.
  3. Click the download icon.
  4. Select the "Account statement" option.
  5. Choose the format (PDF or CSV) and the date range you want to review.
  6. The file will automatically download to your computer.
