Why are some received payments not showing in the Payment Relation Report?

As of today, the Payment Relation Report only includes payments received from your clients with a factoring line in Mundi.

If you notice received payments in your platform that are not included in the report, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The payment was made prior to September 1, 2024.
  • The payment was received from a buyer without a factoring line in Mundi and collected through your Mundi Account.
  • The payment was made by you.
