If the invoice you want to upload does not appear in the list of prefilled invoices, it may have been issued less than 24 hours ago to the SAT. Invoices issued on the same day may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the platform. However, the system updates existing invoices approximately every 3 hours, so you can check later to see if it has been registered.
If you need to upload your invoice sooner, you can add it manually by following these steps:
1. Click on the “Add invoices manually” button.
2. Upload the PDF file of the invoice; the system will attempt to autocomplete the information automatically.
3. If the system does not automatically fill in the invoice details, you can manually enter the required information.
If you still cannot find your invoice after following these steps, please ensure that the invoice has been properly registered with the SAT, or contact us for further assistance.
