1. You will receive a personalized link via WhatsApp and email.

2. Open the link on your mobile phone to access a secure platform and complete the liveness check.

3. Choose the type of ID you’ll use:

• If you select INE (Other Government-issued Photo ID), make sure to choose “ID Card” in the next step.
• You may also select Passport.

4. Take a photo of your ID (front and back).

5. Then, take a selfie using your phone’s front camera.

6. The system will automatically verify your identity and send you a confirmation once it’s complete.
