Do you issue receipts for the fees charged?
Yes, we issue a payment receipt for the fees charged. To obtain them, follow these steps:
- Access the section: Go to Financing > My Advances.
- Initiate download: Click on "Download reports" and then select "Download payment receipts."
- Filter your search: Select the payment date of the invoices you wish to consult.
- Set the destination: Enter the email address(es) where you would like to receive the information.
- Receive your documentation: A PDF file containing the receipts for all invoices paid within the selected date range will be sent to your inbox.
