You can send money or exchange currency without a balance in your Mundi Account by transferring the funds from your bank. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to “Account & FX” and click “Send money”.
2. Under the source of funds, select “Transfer from my bank”.
3. Choose the amount, the currency you’ll transfer from your bank, and the currency the recipient will receive.
4. Select the receiving account or add a new one.
5. Review and confirm the transaction (the exchange rate is locked for 50 seconds while you review). Once you confirm, we reserve the rate for 48 hours.
6. Transfer the exact amount to the account shown within the next 48 hours.
7. Use the transaction ID as the reference.
8. • Important: If you don’t fund the transaction on time, a fixed USD 50 fee applies and, if the exchange rate went up, you’ll also be charged the difference.

Done! As soon as we receive your transfer, we send the money to the receiving account.
