When do I need to pay?

Your payments are monthly and follow the due date of each installment:

• With each installment you pay the corresponding interest.
• The principal is paid off with the last installment of the agreed term.

Where can I see my installments?

1. Go to Financing → Revolving line.
2. Under My drawdowns you’ll see the status of each one: Current, Overdue, or Completed.
3. Open a drawdown to see its installment details, due dates, and amounts.

How do I pay?

1. Click Pay now.
2. Select the installments you want to pay. You can choose installments from one or more drawdowns.
3. Review the Total to pay and click Generate payment instruction.
4. Transfer exactly that amount to the account assigned by Mundi.

⚠️ Important: always generate your payment instruction before making the transfer. This lets us identify your payment as soon as it arrives and apply it automatically to the installments you selected.

Keep in mind:

• If you have overdue installments, they must be included first.
• Within each drawdown, installments are paid in order.

Drawdowns made before September 23, 2026

Payments for these drawdowns work the same as before. When you transfer, enter the reference provided by Mundi in the payment reference field. You can find it:

• In the Report payment button.
• In the emails with your drawdown information.
• In the transaction details (PDF).
