How and when should I make payments on my line?
You must make your payments according to the dates agreed upon in your application.
You can check your payment schedule in Factoring → Revolving Line → My credit line within the Mundi platform.
There you’ll find:
- The status of each drawdown, with filters for Up to date or Overdue.
- To view installment details, due dates, and amounts due, select the specific drawdown you want to review to see the data.
Installments are paid monthly:
- Each installment includes the interest due.
- The principal is repaid in full with the final installment of the term.
All payments must be made to the account assigned by Mundi, which you’ll find in the operation receipt.
❗Important: You must include in the payment reference the reference number provided by Mundi, which you can find in:
- Factoring → Revolving Line → My credit line, by clicking the “Report payment” button.
- The email communications you receive with details about your drawdowns.
- The operation receipt (PDF) you receive when confirming a drawdown.
