How does the Revolving Line payment application work?

When you make a payment or early partial payment toward your Revolving Line, the amount is applied first to the interest accrued on the next installment due. The remaining amount is applied to the principal, and the system automatically recalculates the following installments based on the updated balance.

Example:

If you make a $10,000 USD payment and have $1,000 USD in accrued interest:

  • $1,000 USD will go toward interest.
  • $9,000 USD will reduce the principal.

After this adjustment, your next installments are recalculated based on the lower principal, reducing future interest costs.

All payments must be made to the account assigned by Mundi, which you’ll find in the operation receipt.

❗Important: You must include in the payment reference the reference number provided by Mundi, which you can find in:

  • Factoring → Revolving Line → My credit line, by clicking the “Report payment” button.
  • The email communications you receive with details about your drawdowns.
  • The operation receipt (PDF) you receive when confirming a drawdown.
